Important Information About Customs and Duties

We also ship internationally. In some cases, customs duties and VAT may apply upon receipt of your package. This mainly applies to countries outside the EU, such as the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

If you receive an invoice that seems unusually high, please contact us. We are happy to assist you.

Orders and Delivery

When you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it.

We pack and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

If there are delays without prior notice, please contact us at contact@crocobling.com.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as strikes, weather disruptions, or supplier issues).


Shipping and Delivery Options

Shipping within Norway
We use Helthjem and posten for delivery to your mailbox or doorstep.

  • Price: NOK 89

  • Delivery time: approximately 3–5 business days

International Shipping
We use DHL Express for international deliveries.

  • Price: NOK 300

  • Delivery time: approximately 3–7 business days


Customs and Duties for International Orders

Customers outside of Norway are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, and local import taxes.
These charges are not included in our product prices.

If you refuse to pay the import charges and the package is returned to us, we may refund the product price (excluding the original shipping cost), minus any return fees.


Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item.

Return conditions:

  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we have received and approved the returned package, using the same payment method as the original purchase.


Claims and Complaints

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible – preferably within 2 months of receipt.

Please send us:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the defect

  • The email address you used when placing the order

Each case will be assessed individually. We will first attempt to repair or replace the item.
If that is not possible, we will offer a refund.
